9. To further secure unto the a?ortgagea the
payme~ of the aforasaid note and the parformance by '
the a~ortgagor of all of his promises and covenants
herein made~ the ~ortgagor has and does hereby transfer~
assign and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents~
income and profits noN or hereafter pertaining or
arising from said property with full poNer and right
unto the mortgagee to rece~ve and collect tha same;
provided~ however~ that so long as the mortgagor shall
faithfully keep and perfor~ each and every of his
promises and covenants set forth in said note and set
forth in all other portions of this mortgaga and suffer
no default in connectioa therewith~ the mortgagee shall
allow the mortgagor to collect and receive the same.
