LEASE
This Lease made between Holiday Out in America at St.
Lucie, Inc., a Florida corporation as Lessor and
Nan E. Sauer of Knoxville , Tennessee
hereafter known as Lessee WITNESSETH:
The Lessor, for valuable consideration, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby give and grant unto
the Lessee the following described land lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot K-23 Holiday Out at St. Lucie, Section 1,
as per ~lat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14
page Public Records of St. Lucie County,

Florida.
TERM: This Lease is for~ the term of 5 years, commencing at j

! PROVIDED, however, that since this Lease is being given _

division which said purchase may be represented by a note and ~

~ mortgage, it is therefore agreed that should said note become

~ delinquent and remain so for 30 days or such less time as may
be provided in said note, then and in that event, this Lea~e ;
~ and all rights and privileges therein shall become null and "

void and peaceable poss~ssion of this lot shall be immediately ~

~ given to the Lessor herein or its assigns. In the event it ~
becomes necessary to bring a possessory action under this pro-
vision, the said Lessee agree_ that he_ will pay all costs

RENTAL: The rental on this Lease has been paid in full and
