Reidinger Faith B_ Reidinqer of Knoxville , Tennessee hereafter known as Lessee WITNESSETH: The Lessor, for valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby give and grant unto the Lessee_ the following described land lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida: s Lot K-26 Holiday Out at St. Lucie, Section 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14 j page Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
