CONDOMINIUM ELEMENTS:' The right to use the condominium elements
as they appear on the above plat and in the declaration of con-
dominium as filed is vested in the Lessee_ and assigns, ~-ROVIDED,
however, that the condominium charge as set and maintained by
the condominium association on the per-lot basis shall at all ~

times be payable by the Lessee_. Such payments shall be promptly
paid when assessed and the provisions relating to the non-payment
shall be fully enforced and enforceable against this lat and,
in addition to the other remedies, this Lease shall become void

should said payments be delinquent for more than 30 days after
due date. . `
RESTRICTIONS: The Lessee_ do , by the acceptance of this Lease
state that a copy of the restrictions relating to the use and
maintenance of the lots has been received and are known to the

occupier.
TAXES: All real property taxes assessed against the said real ~
property shall be payable by the Lessee_. Should the said taxes

~ become delinquent, this Lease shall then become null and void
~ and of no effect.
