gagee forever, for the uses herein set forth, free from all rights and benefits under the homestead, exemp-

and waive.
TO SKURE
(1) the payment of a note executed by the Mo~tgagor to the order of the Nlortgagee bea~ing even date

amounts that shall be secured hereby when advanced to protect the security or in accordance with coven-

mental agreement dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to
said note and supplemental agreement for ihe full terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby
incorporated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book ~38 , pages ~f the public records of St . LuC i e Cou~1tY, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be bind~ng upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
