AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE
STATE OF FLORIDA :
COUNTY OF DADE :
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
MABEL L. LANG who, bei.ng first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of JAMES F. LANG.

2. That deponent, MABEy L. I,ANG and JAMES F. LANG, her
' husband, were the owners as an estate by the entireties of the
following described property, to wit:
Lots 15, 16 Block 27 of INDIAN RIVER
ESTATES Subdivision, Unit 5, a subdivi-
sion according to the Plat thereof, i
recorded in Plat Book 10, at Page S8,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. That said JAMES F. LANG died in Hollywood, Florida
on June 28, 1967.
4. That deponent, MABEI, L. LANG, and JAMES F. LANG, ~
her husband, were husband and wife continuously during the period
of time from October 23, 1958, the date on which they took title
to the above captioned property, to the date of death of said
JAMES F. LANG on June 28, 1967, and said marriage was not interrupted ~
by divorce or otherwise.
