COMPANY (formerly named Honaton Teaas (~ae and Oil Corporation,
said name being herein called "Houston"), a Delaware aorporation
(herein called the "Company"), party of tLe first part, and Bsxga~s
Tavsr Co~pexY, a New York corporation, as truatee (herein called the
"Trustee nnder the respective ~iortgages and Deeds of Trnst, as
heretofore or hereafter amended, snpplemented, restateci and consoli-
dated, referred to below (herein called tLe Indentnre"), party of the
second part, and Be$x$rr Fu~r Nsr~oxei. BsNS oF Jscgsoxvri.t.R
(formerlp named The Barnett National Bank of Jacksonville), a na-
tional bauking association, as co-trnstee nnder said respective Mort-
gages and Deeds af Trnst of Houston and of Coastal Transmission
Corporation (merged into the Company and herein called "Coastal")
as heretofore amended, snpplemented, restated and consolidated (here-
in called the Florida CaTrnstee party of the third part (the
Trnstee and the Florida Co-Trnstee being herein together called the

Wasa~s, the Company has outstanding fonr aeries of its First
Mortgage Pipe Line Bonds, namely, its 51/2% Series dne Jnly 1, 1979,
its 53/~% Series dne Jannary 1, 1982, its 6% Seriea dne November
1, 1986 and its 6%8 fo Series due Augnst 1, 1987, nnder its Indentnre,
consi~ting of said respective 1liortgages and Deeds of Trust, dated as
of January l, 1959, as heretofore amended, snpplemented, restated
Rt1fI cc~nsolidated by certain Snpplemental Indentnres, dated as of
certain dates and otherwise identified as follows (Firat throngh Sev-
enth each being separate Supplemental Indentures of Houston and
Coastal ) :

(2) Second Supplemental Indentures, April 1, 1959,
(3) Third Supplemental Indentures, Julp 1, 1959 for Houston
and September 15, 1959 for Coastal,
