to be observed and performed by it. Copies of the contracts and agree- ~
ments deacribed in said Ezhibit D", certi8ed by the $ecretary or an
Assistant Secretary of the Company, to be trne copies of the originals -
thereof, have been lodged with the Trnstee sunnltaneonsly with the
ezecntion hereof.
Subject to the provisions of Article 13 of the Indentnre, all right, '
title and interest of the Company under, in and to all contracts and
agreemeuts providing for the sale, delivery or eachange by the Com-
pany of natnral gas or for the pnrchase or transportation by the Com-
pany of natnral gas, hereafter entered into bp the Company, which
the Company is reqnired by 4 7.02 of the Indentnre to assign to and
pledge and mortgage with the Trnstee under the Indentnre.

Together with all and singalar the tenements, hereditaments and -
appnrtenances belonging or in anywiae appertaining to the aforesaid
property or any part thereof, with the reversion and reveraions, re-
mainder and remainders, and, snbject to the provieions of ~sficles 7' _
and 8 of the Indentnre, the tolls, rents, revennes, isanes, earnings, in-
come, prodncts and profite thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatsoever, at law as well as in eqnity, wluch the Compsny
now has or may hereafter aoqnire in and to the aforesaid property and
every part and parcel thereof.

~ mental Indentnre and from the lien and operation hereof and of the
Indentare, all the tracts and pareels of land and premises, and
interests therein, and all property of every kind and type eacepted
and ezclnded from the Indentnre by the terms thereof, whether snch
property was owned by the Company or Coastal on Jannary 9, 1959 ~
or has been acqnired by it since that date, reference being made to
the Indenture for a description thereof, and fnrther eapresaly ezcept-
ing snd ezclnding from the Indentnre and from the Lien and operation
thereof all property heretofore dnly released from the Lien of the
Indenture.
