description and tabulation of the snrface leases, surface rights, rights- ~
of-way, sesvitndes, easementa, permits and grants i.n F~hibit B"
of Article 4 hereof, the identification, description and tabnlation of ~
the franchises, privileges, permits, grants, licenses and consents in
Es~ibit "C" of Article 4 hereof, covering property sitnated in states
other than the state in which the particular counterpart is to be re- ~
corcled, and the description of the contracts and agreementa deseribed ~
in Eshibit ~~D" of ~.rticle 4 hereof, are or may be inclnded by refer- ~
ence only. Each counterpart of this Snpplemental Indentnre is to be ~
deemed an original hereof and all connterparts collectively are to be ~
deemed but one instrument. The table of contents and the descriptive ~

formulated, naed and inserted herein for convenience only and shall ~
