§ 3.04. E$ect o f Supplemental Indenture u„der laws of Lo~isiaria.
Aa concerne property aitnated in Loniaiana, the langaage of convey-
ance hereof is intendwi and shall be conatraed aa an act of pledge and
mortgage nnder the lawa of Loniaiana, the Company hereby binding
itself, its snocessors and asaigna, not to sell, alienate or encumber the
property inclnded in tLie Snpplemental Indentnre to the prejndice of
this Snpplemental Indentnre, eacept in compliance with and npon the k
terms and conditiona etated in the Indentare, and the Trastee herein
named is named aa pledgee and mortgagee for the beneSt of itaelf and
of the holders and ownere of Bonds issned nnder the Indentnre, and the
Trnstee is hereby irrevocably appointed agent of the owners and holdera ~
of said Bonds isaned thereunder and is veated with fnll powera to effect
and enforce tLe pledge and mortgage hereby created. Whenever anch
action ia otherwise permitted or anthorized nnder the terms of the
Indentnre, the Trnatee hereby coflsents that the Company may carry
or transport any movable property snbject to the Lien thereof perma
nently beyond the territorial limits of any state in which sneh property
map be located at the time.
