3. Florida (~as Transmission Company is a corporation owning
and operating in the state of Tesas gas pipe lines for the transporta-
tion and sale of natnral gas to other pipe line companies or to local
distributing systems, or to mnnicipalities, or to industrial consnmers
for their o~vn use and as snch is properly classified as one of the cor-
porations described bp Section 1438a of the Tezas Civil Statntes.
