3. This Financing Statement covers the following types
of property:

which is or is to become fixtures which is
(i) within the 3urisdiction of the State of ;
Florida, (ii) acquired b the Debtor on or after

in the Granting Clauses of the Zndenture.
Attached hereto marked Exhibit A and made a
part hereof is an excerpt from the Seventeenth
Supplemental Indenture between the parties hereto,
which excerpt includes Granting Clauses First
through Third.
