ments described in said Exhibit "D certified by the Secretary or an
Assistaiit Secretary of the Compuny, to be true copies of the originals
thereof, have been lodged w ith the Trustee simultaneously ~vith the
ezecution hereof.
Subject to the provisions of Article 13 of the Inde~iture, all right,
title and interest of the Company under, in and to all contracts and
agreemeu~s providing for the sale, deli~ ei~~ or eschange Uy the Com-
panp of ~it~tural gas or for the purchase or transportation by the Com-
pany of natural gas, hereafter entered into by the Company, which
the Company is required Uy ~ 7.OZ of the Indenture to assign to and
pledge and mortgage with the Trustee under the Indenture. ~
