Grantee shall ha~•e the right to clear a~d keep clear all trees, underarow•th and othor ob,tructions from the herein granted right of way, and Crantor agrees not to build, consfruct or create, nor permit others to build, construct or create any buildings or other structures, nor to plant trees or shrubs of a w~oody nature on the herein aranted right o( way that will inter{ere with the normal operation and maintenancc o( the said line or lines. ; Grantee shall dispose of trees and timber not needed tot constructton ot the pipeline by cutting tree trunks and latBer limb~ ~ in lengths of no less than 8 feet, and shall stack same alonB the edge ot the right o[ way, and all bnish. trimmings. and [ stumps removed from the ditch line shall be bumed or disposed of in a manner acceptable to Gtantor.
