WARRANTY DEED . ~63~5 ~
THIS INDENTURE, made this L~ day of ~a.cd.~~~.~
A.D. 19 between F._ ~~ll~v~r and
< (}1 Avq R~Sulliv~.+ _ , his wife, of the County of
~_~u~.;~ , State of p~e~d„ , parties of the
first part, and Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United
States of America, and his successors and assigns, whose address is Veterans
Administration, Washingtom, D. C. 20420, hereinafter called party of the second
part,
WITNESSETH: Thac the parties of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Ten and no/100 10.~YJ in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable
considerations, do, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his suc-
cessors and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land, lying and being
in the County of St. L•acie , State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 6, B(Lock 5, 3UNRISE ffiTATSS, according
to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8,
at page 75, of the Public Records of
St. ~ucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances,
with every privilege, right, title, interest and estate, reversion, remainder
and easement thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining;
TO NAND AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the parties of the first part do hereby covenant with the party
- of the second part that they will forever warrant and defend the title to the
said lands against all claims whatever.
This deed is an absolute conveyance of title in effect as well as?in
form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance or security of any
kind. The consideration therefor, in addition to that hereinabove set forth,
~ a~ is full release of all debts, obligations, and charges heretofore subsisting
i on account of and by the terms of that certain mortgage heretofore existing
~ on the property herein conveyed; said mortgage is dated the 2nd
E day of September , 19 60 , executed by F1oyd E. SuZlivan
~ and G1ad R. Sullivan , his wife, and recorded in Official
~ Records Book 1?, Pages 6t~3 to inclusive, of the `
~ Public Records of St. LuCie County, Florida; this conveyance :
completely satisfying said obligation and terminating said mortgage and note ~
~ secured thereby and any effect thereof in all respects.
