KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loa~ Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Kenneth Simmons and
Frances Simmons, his wife, dated July 19, 19 62 , and ~ecorded
in the pubtic records of St. i-ucie County. Florida, i~ O.R. Book 42, on pages
139-14T , securing the payment of the sum of Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Rifty and no/100
Dollars(S 9~750.00 )
covering property i~ the County of St . Lucie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteciness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secu~ed thereby, and doth he~eby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all ~ight, title and interest conveyed by said mo~tgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid Cou~ty to
