RIDER ~
9. To further secure unto the a~ortgagea the
payoent of the aforasaid note and the perfor~eance by '
the aortgagor of all of his promises and covenants
hereia made~ the rortgagor has and does hereby transfer~
assign and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents~
income and profits noM or hereafter pertaining or
arising froa said property Nith full porer and right
unto the mortgagee to rece~ve and collect the same;
provided~ however~ that so long as the mortgagor shall
faithfully keep and perfor~ each and every of his
promises and coveaants set forth in said note and set
forth in all other portions of this mortgage and suffer
no default in connection therawith~ the mortgagee shall
allow the mortgagor to collect and receive the same.
