NOTICE IS GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the Circuit ;
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 24th day of
January, 1968, by CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION `

KEIM, his wifea and THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, De- , t
fendants. ~
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece
of land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
moXe particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the S~ of NE~ of NW~
of Section 17, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, thence
run West a distance of 429.4 feet more or less, to the
West right of way line of U.S. Highway 1; thence run
southerly along said right of way line, a distance of 100
feet for point of beginning; thence continue along said
right of way line a distance of 265 feet, more or less, to
the intersection of U.S. Highway 1 and State Road 4( Old
Dixie Highway); thence in a Northwesterly direction along
the East right of way line of last said State Road 4 to a
point directly West of the point of beginning; thence east
to point of beginn~.ng as per public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The relief sought in and by this suit is the foreclosure of
a mortgaqe encumbering the above-described property and the de-
creeing of a sale of the property under the direction of.the Court
in default of the payment of the amount found to be due the Plain-
tiff under the mortgage, and for other and further and general
relief set forth in the complaint.
