of the FEC Railroad for road purposes over the North 100' of the
following described property:
Begin at the waters of the Indian River at the Northeast corner of
the lands formerly owned by T. J. Hemphill, in Section 9, Township
37 South, Range 41 East, thence run South 67 deg., 30 min., West
1237'~ feet, more or less, along the North line of said Hemphill land
to the waters of the Savannah, thence run Northerly meandering the
said Savannah to a point which is 156 feet on a line drawn at
right angles from the first runs thence run Easterly p~ralleling
the first line run to the waters of the Indian River, thence southerly
meandering the said River to the point of beginning; Excepting
however the rights-of-way for Florida East Coast Railway and Public
