Renqe 40 East; thence run East along the North line of said
Section 22, a distance of 103.2 feet to a stake which is 725
feet West of the Center line of the South bound main track of
the Florida East Coast Railway; thence run Southeasterly with
an interior angle of 129° 48', a distance of 875.7 feet, more
or less, to a point in a line 672.5 feet South of the North
line of said Section 22, said point being 390 feet West of said
center line of said South bound main track; thence West with an
interior angle of 50° 12', 683.4 feet to a stake; thence North
