This Indenture, Made the 23rd day of January, A.D. 1968, between
~ ST. LUCIE COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION, INC. af St. Lucie County, Florida,
~ liereinafter designated as the "Mortgagor" and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
` LOAN ASSOCIITION OF FORT PIERCE and CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
~ ASSOCIATION OF•ST. LUCIE COUNTY, both being corporations organized and
' existing under the laws of the United States of Amerrca and having their
`f principal place of business in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, hereinafter desiqnated as the "Mortgagees." .
Whereas the Mortgagor~is justly indebted to the I?iortgagees in the ~
sum of $43,000.00, good and lawful money of the United States advanced by
the Mortgagees unto the Mortgagor, as evidenced by a certain promissory
note of even date herewith, of which the following in words and figures
is a true copy, to-wit:

For value received, I, we or either of us, promise to pay, without
defalcation, to the order of FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
FORT PIERCE and CITIZENS FEDERAI, SAYINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY at Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of $43,000.00 with interest from
date at the rate of 6$ per annum, in monthly installments as follows:
5305.00 on the lOth day of April, 1968 and a like sum on the corresponding
day of each month thereafter until the whole be fully paid. _
; Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the interest
~ and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If default is made
~ in the payment of any installment when due, and such default continues 30
~ days, then at the option of the holders, and without any other notice, all
~ the remaininq installments shall be due and payable at once. Privilege is
given to peepay this note in whole or in part at any time without penalty.
~ veither forebearance, nor acceptance by the holders thereof after any de-
fault in any payments hereon, shall be deemed extension. A late payment
charQe of $;5.25, shall be added to each installment rentaining unpaid 7
days after its due date,~and a like sum shall be added to each such in=
~ stallment remaining unpaid 7 days after each succeeding payment date.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally,
~ waives demand, presentment protest and notice of protest for nonpayment,
~ and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before or
~ after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of
~ collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee in the event of any
~ default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead
~ and exemption under the constitution and laws of each State of the United
~ States, as against this obligation or any extension or renewal hereof.
