RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF TRUSTESS OF ~-6~~~~
FIRST MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH OF WHITE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of First Missionary Bapfist

Church of White City, in due session assembled as follows:
(1) That this Board does recommend to the Church conference that
the Church property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and legally described
as follows:
Lots 1 to 9, both inclusive, of Block 3 of WHITE
CITY, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1
at page 21 of the public records of St, Lucie County,
Florida
be improved by adding a foyer and vestibule and airconditioning the auditorium. ~

(2) That it be the further recommendation of this Board to said Church
conference that the real property of the Church be mortgaged to First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce to secure a loan in the principal
sum of $14, 000. 00 payable with interest at the rate of 6, 75% per annum in
monthly installments of $140. 00 each over a period of twelve (12) years, the

proceeds of which will be to defray the cost of the recommended improvements ~
j and to discharge the b alance of the purchase price owed by the Church in its

f acquisition in the name of its Trustees of Lots numbered 1, 2 and 3 herein ;

(3) That upon receipt of the specific vote of the Church conference

authorizing the foregoing recommendations a certified copy of this Resolution `
~
accompanied by certified copies of the resolution of approval by the Church
conference and an exerpt from the Constitution and By-Laws of The First ~
Baptist Church of White City prescribing the duties of the Trustees be delivered
to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce to be recorded

~ upon the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the purpose of
