RESOLUTION OF CHURC~I CONFERENCE OF
~ FIRST MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH OF WHITE CITY ~

RESOLVED by the members of First Missionary Baptist Church of
;
White City in regular conference assembled that the recommendation of the
Official Board of Trustees of this Church to improve the Church property
by adding a foyer and vestibule and airconditioning the auditorium be, and
the same is hereby approved; resolved further that the recommendation of
said Trustees to procure a mortgage loan to be secured by the Church pro-
perty described as follows:

Lots 1 to 9, both inclusive, of Block 9, of WHITE CITY ,
as per map thereof on file in Plat Book 1, at page 21, ~
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
from First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce in the principal !

sum of $14, 000. 00 the proceeds of which will be used to defray the cost of the
proposed improvements and discharge the remainder of the purchase price
of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the Church property, be, and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED further that the members of the Board of Trustees be, and
they are hereby authorized in their trust capacities to execute for and on be-
~ half of this Church a promissory note in the amount of $14, 000. 00 payable to

i First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce and a mortgage ~
deed to secure the same, all as before provided,
