EXERPT FROM CONSTITUTION AND BY- LAWS OF
THE FIRST MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH
OF WHITE CITY
DUTIES:
Trustees. All property of the Church shall be held in the name '
of the five (5) Trustees, duly elected by the Church in conference.
The trustees shall be the custodians of the property of the Church,
shall supervise the auditing of the books of the Treasurer, and handle all .
legal transactions for the Church. They shall have no power to buy, sell,
trade, lease or transfer any Church property without specific vote of the ~

Church authorizing such action. They shall have authority to incur normal
expenses for the maintenance and protection of the Church property. No
alteration or sale of Church property may be made without the recommend- ~
,

ation of the Trustees and approval of the Ci~urch, Two-thirds (2/3) of the • ~

Tr•a3tees shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
