ARTICLES OP AGREEMENT

Dollars, payments in the sum of ~venty-
Five ($25.00) Dallars per month on the
balance due. Said payments to include
the principal and interest. All pay-
ments will be made to party of the
First Part. If default is made in the
payment of any installment when due,
then at the option of the parties of
the First Part and without any other
natice, all remaining installments
shall become due and payable at once.
The parties of the Second Part agree
to pay a11 costs including a reasonable
attorney's fee in the event of default.
