ASSIGNMENT OF PURCHASE AGREEI~NT
KNOW ALL MEr BY THESE PRESENTS:
That SUNSET PARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
Corporation, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
to it cash in hand paid by ROBERT E. ROSE and MARY ROSE,
his wife, and other good and valuable considerations, does
hereby assign, set over and deliver to said ROBERT E. ROSE _
and MARY ROSE, his wife, and uato their heirs and assigns,
and unto BRIARGATE CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, its
successors and assigns, all right, Lftle and interest it may
or might have in and to that certain Deposit Receipt and
Purchase Asreement dated February 24, 1967, between SUNSET
PARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION as the purchaser and DUGAL G.
CAI~BELL, Trustee, et al, as sellers, vith respect to that
part of the South one-half of the Southeast Quarter (S~ SE'~
_ of. Section 32, Towaship 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, as described in said Purchase Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the duly authorized officers of
said Corporation have hereun[o subscribed their names and
have caused the official seal of said Corporation to be
hereimto affixed, this 25th day of January, 1968.
