WARRANTY DEED '
LYLE D. LeBARRON and AGNES P. LeBARRON, his wife, the
Grantors, in consideration of the sum of $10, 00 and other good and va.lu-
able considerations, received from AGNES P. LeB~ARRON, the Grantee,
whose mailing address is Star Route, Eden, Jensen Beach, Florida, hereby

of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway Company

Book 149, Page 73, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida: Thence run North 61 ° 30' East along said South
