_ This promissoiy note is secured by a real estate mortgage from maker to '
payee of even d'ate herewith; and any default continued 15 days of the terms, con- :
ditions and covenants therein contained on the part of the mortgagor to be kept ~
and performed shall be construed as a default in payment due hereunder. .
The said principal sum shall be payable $9, 000. 00 on or before May 1, 1969,
~ and a like sum on or before the first day of each and every third calendar month
thereafter until the whole principal sum named, with interest, be fully paid. •
