the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a ce~tain mortgage given by ~isCilla Riggs~ a single

in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Book 125 on page
35 , securing rhe payment of the sum of Five Thousand Four Hundred Rifty and no/100---

covering property in the County of St. Lucie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
tancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said moNgage in
