' 9. To further secure unto the a~ortgagee the
payaent of tha aforesaid note and the performance by '
the nortgagor of~all o~ his proeises and covenants
herein nade~ the ~aortgagor has and does hereby transfer,
assign and set over uato the mortgagee all of the rents~
inco~ae and profits noN oi hereafter pertaining or
arising froe said property ~ith full power and right
unto the mortgagee to rece~ve and collect the same;
provided, hoNever, that so long as the mortgagor shall
faithfully keep and perfora each and svery of his
proaises and covenants set forth in said note and set
forth in all othar portions of this ~ortgage and suffer
no defaul~t in connection therewith, the ~ortgagoe shall
allow the mortgagor to coilect and receive the same.
