E A S E M E N T ;

THIS EASEMENT, made this 24rt~aay of January, 1968,
between COLEMAN F. CARROLL AS BISHOP OF THE DIOCESE OF MIAMI,
of the County of Dade and Stare of Florida, party of the
first part, and FLOYD WELCH, of the County of St. Lucie,
and State of Flor_ida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETl~1, that Che said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good
and valuable considerations to him in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknow2.edged, has granted, and by these ,

presents does grant, unto the said party of the second part, ~
his heirs and assigns, an easement over, through and under ;
the following described property situated in St. Lucie County, .
Florida, to-wit:
The South 25 feet of the SE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21, Town- '
ship 35 Sou Ch, Range 40 East,
said easement being granted for d~ainage purposes only.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that should the use of said ~

said property be abandoned by said Grantee, or his succes-
sors or assigns, then and in that event the easemenC hereby ~
granted shall revert to COLEMAN F. CARROLL AS BISHOP OF THE
