NOTICE is hereby given to all whom it may concern that on the

day of February, 1968, HORACE ROBERT LITTLE and ETHEL MAE LITTLE,
His Wife, instituted a suit against ANDREW L. BEI~ and BRENDA BEI~,
His Wife, in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida. The relief sought for in said suit
is the enforcement of a mortgage lien on the following described property
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The West 97.23 feet of the East 194.46 feet of the West 219.46
feet of the North •105 feet of the South 235 feet of Lot 223 of
SI~EN'S MAP OF WHITE CITY in the SW~ of the SE'~ of the SE~ of
Section 9, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, being further de-
scribed as Lot 1, Block 1, of BROOME-TIOGA SUBDIVISION, an un-
