D. 1968, between CLINT DAVIS COMPANY, a Florida corporation with
mailing add ress of Post Office Box 1150, Fort Pierce, St, Lucie County,
Florida, hereinafter called Mortgagor (which term shall include both
singular and plural and the respective heirs, legal representatives,
successors and assigns of Mortgagor), and U. S. DEPARTMENT OF
COMMERCE, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION, herein-
after called Mortgagee (which term shall include singular and plural and

the sum of $585, 000, 00, as evidenced by Mortgagor's Note to Mortgagee ;
