SATISFACTION OF MOR'j'GAGE

HORTON, JR. and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as Executors of
the Estate of Howard M. Horton, deceased, surviving spouse
of Florence T. Horton, the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage deed executed by C. D. YONGE and JOAN R. YONGE,
his wife, to HOWARD M. HORTON or FLORENCE T. HORTON, hus- ,
band and wife, bearinq date the 2nd day of April, 1962,
recorded in Official Record Book 34, pages 61-63, iii the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
' County, State of Florida, securing one certain note in the
principal sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00), dnd
certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage
deed, upon the property situate in said State and County
described as follows, to wit:
Lots 3 and 4 of Block 1, of MARAVILLA i
PINES, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 6, page 39, of the public ~

records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said ~
note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled,
and hereby directs the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel
the same of record.
