NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 84,131, Florida Statutes,
that improvements described as a Manufacturing Plant will be commenced with-
in thirty (30) days after the recordiag of this notice upon the real property situate
at 1401 North 2nd Street, F~.ort Pierce, in 5t. Lucie County, Florida, the same
being described as;
A tract of land located in Section 3, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
bounded on the west by the east right of way line of Florida East
Coast Railway Company; on the north by"the south line of lands
of Fort Pierce Drydock and Terminal Company, as described in
deed recorded in O. R. Book 35, page 33, St. Lucie County,
Florida, Public Records; on the east by the west line of North
Second Street, as described in right of way deed recorded in
O. R. Book 94, page 419 , St. Lucie County, Florida, Public
Records; and on the south by the north line of lands conveyed
by Fort Pierce Financing and Construction Company to Rinker,
Inc, by deed recorded in Deed Book 170, page 562, St. Lucie
County, Florida, Public Records; containing 5.2 acr.es, more
or less.
Owned by: CLINT DAVIS COMPANY, whose office address is 108z
South 2nd Street, and mailing address is P. O. Box 1150, F~, Pierce, Florida.
Owner's interest in the site of the improvements is fee simple.
The person or firm who will make said improvement under direct
contract is: Ben F, Wood, 1917 North 44th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
The name and address of the surety on the payment of bonds as
provided under Section 84, 231, Florida Statutes, is: Reliance Insurance
Company, 4 Penn Center Plaza, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19103, and
the amount of such bond is $183, 241, 00.
