SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, Made the 16th day of
October, 1967, by CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, a municipal cor-
poration, organized and existing under the laws of Florida, and
having its principal place of business in Fort Pierce, Florida, _
hereinafter called the Grantor, to ST. LUCI~ COUNTY-FORT PIERCE
FIRE DISTRICT, a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the State of Florida, whose post office address is 437 North
7th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the
heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals,
and tne successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum $1.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

though this deed should not have been given.
- The purpose of this deed is solely to release the
five year time restriction in the reverter clause
set forth in that certain Special Warranty Deed
