NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
YOU ARE I~REBY notified that a suit was instituted by the
above named pl~intiff against the above named defendants on the
~ 30th day of January, 1968, in the above entitled court involvinc-
the following described property, situate, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
That part of the NW4 of Section 8, Township 34
South, Range 40 East, lying East of U. S. High-
way No. 1, and lying West of the Old Dixie High-
way, EXCEPTING THE FOLLOR~TING :
Beginning at the NW corner of Section 8, Tawnship
34 South, Range 40 East, thence easterly along the
north section line of said Section 8 run 121 feet
to a concrete monument; thence run southeasterly
along a line parallel to the east right-of-way of
U. S. Highway No. 1 to a concrete monument on the
Quarter-Quarter Section line; thence along the '
~uarter-Quarter Section line run West 300 feet to a
concrete monument on the east right-of-way line of
U. S. Highway No.l; thence run n~rthwester?.y along
the east right--of-way line of U. S. Highway No. 1 to
its intersection with the west section line o~ said
Section 8; thence run north alonc? the west line of
said Section S to the Point of Beginning.
Z'he relief as to such property is the foreclasure of a mortgaae
encumbering the above described property and the decreeinc~ of a
sale of the property under the direction of the court in default
of the payment of the amount found to be due the plaintiff under the
