BERAN, deceased,party of the first part, and EDGAR A. CLARK and SYLVIA
E. CLARK, his wife, of St. Lucie County, Florida, parties of the
second part, WITNESSETH:
WI~REAS, the said FRANK L. BERAN departed this life in St. Lucie
County, Florida on the 18th day of May A. D. 1967, leaving a last will
and testament wherein the party of the first part was named as Executor
therein, and
WHEREAS, said last will and testament has been duly admitted to
probate on the 23rd day of May, 1967 by the County Judge of St. Lucie

WI~REAS, the said L. A. 0'LAUGHLIN, JR., is the duly qualified and

~ acting executor of the estate of FRANK L. BERAN, deceased, and under the
term,s and provisions of said last will and testament the said L. A.

NOW THEREFORE the said party of the first part, by virtue of the
power and authority to him given in and by the te~ns and provisions of the
