2. An undivided one-half interest in the oil and
mineral rights and reservations in and to the following described
parcel of land in Martin County, to wit:
The West half (W~) of the Northeast Quarter (NF.~)
of Section 8, Township 40 South, Range 39 East.
3. An undivided one-half interest in the oil and
mineral rights and reservations in and to the following described
parcels of land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Section 31, Township 36 South, Range 38 East;
AND
Sections 5, 6, and 7, Township 37 South, Range
38 East.
4. Any other interests in oil or minerais that said
decedent may have had in Palm Beach, Martin or St. Lucie Counties,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singu-
~ lar the appurtenances thereunder belonging or in any wise apper-

taining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity
and clai.m whatsoever of the parties of the first part to the use
~ and benefit of the party of the second part forever.
