This deed made this a of ,r ,
196~by EDNA R. ARNOLD, as Aciministratrix de bonis non of
the Estate of M. H. Russell, Deceased, herainafter called
"grantoX", to EDNA ARNOLD, whose mailing address is 3513-$
Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pier~ce, Florida 33Q50, hereinafter
called "grantee"
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the
heirs, legal representatives and assigns of indivi-
duals, and t~e successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
Lot 8 of CLYATT'S SUBDIVISION, less the West 279.9
feet of said Lot 8, as per plat of said CLYATT'S
SUBDIVISION, recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page 61,

_ TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and
.t appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
~ AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that
- the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
g that -the grantor has g~od right and lawful authority to sell
' x~- and convey said land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants
z~ m~ the title to said land and will defend the same against the
~ lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land
' is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subse-
~ quent to December 31, 1967.
- IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has executed this
