Gertrude McQuown, hi s wife ~ dated May 7, 19 63 , and recorded

97 , securinn payment of the sum of Three Thousand Six Hundred and no/100----------

covering property in the County of St . Lueie , Ftorida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and tioth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in

cancel the same of record. -
