COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
C. R. McDONALD, JR., first being duly sworn, deposes and
says that he is an Attorney practicing at Fort Pierce, Florida,
and he has personally talked with DORIS ANN STRASSER, a%k/a DORIS
ANN OOLEY, and has also talked to ERMAN MORTON OOLEY, a sinqle
adult, and has learned trom each of them that they are in fact a
single adult, and that neither of them is married, and althouqh
the Agreement for Deed from FLOYD C. WELCH AND EVELYN MAE WELCH,
his wife, to ERMAN MORTON OOLEY and DORIS ANN OOLEY recites that
they are husband and wife, they are not in fact husband and wife,
and have never held themselves out to the community as a whole
as such, nor did either of these parties intend that a marital
relationship exist between them, and the undersigned is satisfied
from his personal investigation, that neither ERMAN MORTON OOLEY
or DORIS ANN STRASSER are married.
