ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
Made this ~
~day of January, 1968, by and between
CHARLES L. FISHER and MAY FISHER, his wife, hereinafter
referred to as "FIRST PARTIES" and CLAYTON HOWARD and
DOROTHY LEE HOWARD, his wife, of Route 2, Box 1185, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter referred t~ as "SECOND
PARTIES";
W I T N E S S E T H:
That if the SECOND PARTIES shall first make the pay-
ments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on
their part to be made and performed, FIRST PARTIES hereby `
covenant and agree to convey and assure. to SECOND PARTIES,
their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in fee
simple, free from all encumbrances, by a good arid suffi-
cient Warranty Deed, the following described property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
