to a World War II lease of the St. Lucie airport facility to the
United States of America, which lease was, by agreement of the
United States of America and St. Lucie County dated July 22, 1947
duly terminated, the said termination being of record in Deed
Book 136, at page 522 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. -
Affiant further says that the agreement in said deed iden-
tified as number "3", being a Grant Agreement, Contract No.
C2ca-6112-A is fully performed and~executed with the sole excep-
tion that there remains a continuing obligation on St. Lucie Coun-
ty to properly zone the approach areas for the airport facility
that is in close proximity to subject real property.
