WHBRTAS, FORT PISRC$ PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a special
taxing district, did by Deed dated Auguat 25, 1964, record in Official
. Record Book 100, Pages 173-175, convey unto ST. LUCIS CiKJNTY FAIR
ASSOCIATION, INC., an association not for profit, incbrporated under
the provisions of Chapter 616, Florida Statutes, the title to real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows,
to-wit:
From the Southeast corner of Section 30, Township 34
South, Range 40 Sast, run North 0 deg. 29 min. 02 sec.
$ast, along the Sast line of said Section 30, 48 feet
to a point on the North right of way line of Canal No.
26 of Fort Pierce Faz=aa Drainage District; thence North
89 deg. 29 min. 58 sec. West, along said North right of
way line of Canal No. 26, 74 feet to an iron pipe on
the west right of way line of Airport Terminal Acceas
R,oad for the point of beginning; from said point of
beginning run North 0 deg. 29 min. 02 sec. East, along
the west right of way line of said Airport Terminal
Accesa Road, 711.80 feet to an iron pipe; thence North
89 deg. 29 min. 58 sec. West, 1033.30 feet to a concrete
monument on the Sasterly line of tt?e South clearance ~
Zone for the North/South runway of the St. Lucie County t
Airport; thence South 5 deg. 12 min. 38 sec. Sast, alonq ;
the Easterly line of said clearance zone, 715.35 feet to
an iron pipe on the North right of way line of aforesaid
Canal No. 26; thence South 89 dag. 29 min. 58 aec. East,
along the North right of way line of said Canal No. 26,
962.12 feet to the point of beginning; containing 16.30
acres,
subject, however, t~ the following conditions, reservations and restrictions:
a. Said lands and the buildings to be constructed thereon
by the Grantee shall be used only for agricultural and livestock exhibits
under Chapter 616, Florida Statutes, and for offices for the County
Agent, Home Demonstration Agent and other agricultural agencies.
b. The Grantee shall pay t~o the Grantor ten per cent (1096)
of !ts gross receipts derived from the use of said property.
c. The Grantee shall at its expense relocate the existing
drainage canal on the above described lands to the easterly line of the
south cleaIIance zone for the North/South runway of the St. Lucie County
Airport.
d. In the event that eaid Grantee is ~issolved, said
