hereinafter called "Grantor", do hereby grant and convey unto

corporation, its successors and assigns, '
hereinafter called "Grantee", the right to construct, maintain, in-
spect, operate, protect, repair, replace, change the size of, or
remove, a pipeline and appurtenances, including above ground valves,
for the transpoxtation of natural gas, oil, petroleum products or
any other liquids, gases or'substances which can be transported through
a pipeline, together with the right of ingress and egress to and from
the same for the purposes aforesaid, under, through and across the fol-
lowing described lands of which the Grantor warrants they are the owners
in fee simple, situated in St. Lucie CounCy, State of Florida, to-wit:
A right of way and easement SO feet in width traversing Section Z, Town-
ship 34 South, Range 38 East, subject to easements to Florida Power and
Light Company, Deed Book 35, Page 494; Deed Book 237, Page 391; and OR
Book 102, Page 153, said right of way and easement being parallel, adj-
acent and contiguous to the West right-of-way line of Florida Power and
Light Company, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
In addition to the above, Florida Gas Transmission Company shall have the
temporary use for the initial construction purposes only of additional lands
15 feet in width adjoining the above described pern~anent easement thereof
In addition to the permanent easement and the temporary work space described
herein, Florida Gas Transmission Company shall have the temporary use for
the initial construction purpnses only of additional lands 15 feet in width
and 100~feet in length, running Southerly from the Canal J-6 in the Indian
River Farms Drainage District, and being para11e1, adjacent and contiguous
to the temporary work space described herein.
T'0 HAVE AND TO HOLD said right-of-way and easement unto the
Grantee, its-successors and assigns forever.
Grantee shall bury said pipeline not less than four (4) feet
below the present surface of the ground; and wher? and if said pipelfne
crosses a drainage ditch, levee or canal, Grantee sha21 bury said pipe- ;,~f
