of said pipeline across a drainage ditch, levee or canal, Grantee shall
keep the drainage ditch, levee or canal, open at ~uch crossings to their
normal capacity and in such a manner as to perform their normal function.

aIl drainage ditches, Ievees or canals disturbed by the construction of
said pipeline shall be restored by the Grantee to their original contour
and design.
Grantee shall at all times, in the exercise of the rights, privileges
and easement hereby granted unto it, keep all gates and fences now exist-
ing or hereafter placed across said right-of-way by Grantor, securely
closed in such manner as to prevent livestock fran escaping from Grantor's
premises.
Grantee shall have the right to clear and keep clear all trees,
undergrowth and other obstructions from the right-of-way hereby granted. _
Grantor shall not build, construct or create, not permit others to build,
construct or create any buildings or other structures on the right-of-way

hereby granted that will interfere with the normal operation and main- -
tainance of said pipeline. .
Grantee shall have the right to clear said right-of-way of tree stumps ;:.~L;;~

and other obstructions; to use same as- additional access to s~ai~

right-of-way; to operate its machinery, tools and equipment thereon and
therefrom; to store supplies, materials and equipment thereon; to place
on and remove from spoil handled and moved in the construction of said pipe-
line. Said temporary easement shall expire on the permanent easement and
right-of-way hereby granted and in no event later than the 15th day of April
1968.
Grantee shall quit and surrender up possession of the temporary
easement and right-of-way at the time hereinabove provided and shall leave
same in a reasonably clear and level condition. ~
Grantee shall dispose of trees and ti.mber not needed for the cons-
truction of the pipeline by cutting tree trunks and larger limbs in lengths
of not less than eight (8) feet, and shall stack same along the edge of the
right-of-way, and all brush, tri.urmings, and_stumps removed from the easements
and right~-of-ways hereinabove described shall be burned or disposed of in
a manner acceptable to the Grantor.
Grantee agrees to pay to the then awners and to any tenant, as their ~j~'~'¢~<<
interests may be, any and all damages to crops, timber, fences or other im-
provements on said premises that may arise from the exercise of the rights
