W. R. Grace & Cb to William Taylor, Richard Taylor and Roy L. Neill, d/b/a
T& N Farms, which Bill of Sale was dated October 9, 1967, and recorded in
O. R. Book 168, pages 2119-2122, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
