THIS DEED made the day of January, A. D. 196$, by
G. ALBERT BLAODWORTH and G. ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as
surviving Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recor3ed
in Deed Book 230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, hereinafter called the grantors, to HAROLD T. HUBBARD,

address is 127 Hubbard Avenue, Riverhead, New York - 11901,
hereinafter called the grantee~ .
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $1Q.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: ~
