. AFFIDAVIT
Before me personally agpeared Donald P. Parker, wt?o
upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say that the Satisfaction
of Mortgage by him executed on behalf of First Federal Savings and
Loan Association of Fort Pierce on February 3, 1968, which Satisfaction
is recorded in Official Record Book 170~ page 1088, did in truth and
in fact satisfy a mortgage dated August 9, 1957 from William R. Hoy
4 and wife to said Association which was recorded in[+tortgage Book 140,
pages 72 and 73, securing the s~an of $6,000.00.
Tha,t said Satisfaction of i•lortgage through error recited

the mortgage being satisfied as bearing date of January 19, 1968.
